Algerian coach Milovan Rajevac resigns from his post

Algerian coach Milovan Rajevac has resigned from his post of national coach of Algeria according to the news. He remained the coach of Algeria for only two matches.

Serbian based coach left the post after the World cup qualifier match against Cameroon. Algeria drew the match 1-1 at home against Cameroon.

62 years old Serb gave his resign soon after the meeting between the president of Algerian football federation and coach to discuss the result of the match of World cup qualifier.

Algerian football federation has appointed the former coach Frenchman Christian Gourcuff, as the national coach one again. Frenchman left his post in April. Algerian team will play their next fixture against the mighty Nigerians in the World Cup qualifiers which will be a challenging task for the newly appoi8nted coach as the winner of the group will qualify foir the FIFA World cup 2018 Russia.

Algerian football federation has also given a application to FIFA for the 19 years old youngster Bordeaux’s Adam Ounas to switch national allegiances after playing for France at under-20 level. “It was a decision of the heart, so it was not difficult to follow my heart,” the 19-year-old said.
